Saue tee 13 commercial building is located directly on the side of Tallinn city, in the Gate Tallinn business park in Laagri. Up to 250,000 square metres of commercial and residential real estate will be built in Gate Tallinn in the near future, making the area a new attraction for businesses, talent and customers alike.<\/p>\n

In summer 2023, right next to Saue tee 13 property, Makita, the largest power tool distributor in the Baltics, opened up a central warehouse of 23,500 square metres, as well as a maintenance and training centre. This will attract customers from all over Estonia and beyond. Gate Tallinn has also attracted other big companies – in spring 2025, Rimi will open up it’s biggest headquarters so far (24,200 m2) with a top-notch logistics center, kitchen and office premises. In summer 2024, Solina, Europe’s leading culinary solutions producer, will open its new 15,000 sqm production and office unit at Gate Tallinn. All these projects are already under construction!<\/strong><\/p>\n

In November 2021, the infrastructure of Gate Tallinn with paved streets and pedestrian sidewalks was finished. In addition, a connection road between Topi junction and Saue city was opened. The new direct route goes straight through Gate Tallinn and past Saue tee 13 property. This ensures fast, safe and convenient travels within the business park.<\/p>\n

P\u00e4rnu highway, also known as Via Baltica, which, according to the Transport Board, is used by more than 20 000 vehicles a day, is right next to the office building. The connection point of P\u00e4rnu highway and Tallinn ring road is a four-minute drive away, thanks to which from the Saue tee 13 commercial building you can quickly and comfortably head to Paldiski, Tartu, Narva and Riga.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the P\u00e4rnu highway, the access to the city is very well organised and getting to the harbour, airport or partners is only at a smooth driving distance.
